Tennessee law enforcement seizes over 400 pounds of methamphetamine, arrests three people

Nashville, Tennessee – A multi-agency investigation in Tennessee has led to the seizure of an enormous quantity of methamphetamine and the arrest of three individuals. This operation involved the collaborative efforts of the Drug Investigation Division of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Wilson County Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Violent Gang Task Force, and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Nashville Task Force Group 1.

The investigation, which spanned over the past year, focused on a narcotics operation within the Middle Tennessee area. Agents and detectives, acting on the gathered intelligence, executed a search warrant at a residence located on Hillwood Private Cove in Nashville. This raid resulted in a staggering find: approximately 425 pounds of methamphetamine, along with significant amounts of US currency. Three people were taken into custody during this operation.

The aftermath of the raid saw federal criminal complaints filed on Friday against the individuals involved. Zachery Manier (DOB 03/29/1974) from Murfreesboro, Danny Ray Jones (DOB 04/01/1975) from Costa Mesa, California, and Reginald Levon Cooper (DOB 02/27/1983) from Nashville are the ones facing charges. Each of these men is charged with one count of manufacture, distribute, dispense, or possess with intent Methamphetamines, a controlled substance, and one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a mixture and substance containing Methamphetamine. They are currently being held in federal custody.
