Mt. Juliet, Tennessee – The Mt. Juliet Police Department has announced a special women’s self-defense course to be held in February. This initiative reflects the department’s commitment to community safety and empowerment.
The course, titled The Equalizer Women’s Self-Defense Program, will be taught by officers of the Mt. Juliet Police Department who are certified to instruct this particular program. It will take place at the Mt. Juliet Police Headquarters, ensuring a safe and professional environment for all participants.
The classes are scheduled for February 3, 10, 17, and 24, each running from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. The department emphasizes the importance of attendance, stating, “You must attend all four dates in February.” This requirement ensures that participants receive comprehensive training and derive the maximum benefit from the course.
