Lebanon, Tennessee – An accident involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on Friday night in Lebanon resulted in at least three people being hospitalized. The head-on crash, occurred on Highway 109 near Old Laguardo Road, as reported by the Lebanon Police Department.
